• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I'm Louis. I'm currently residing in Round Rock Tx. but grew up in Fredericksburg Tx. I still have a lot of family there and hunt the area frequently. Because if the hunting I like to smoke venison jerkey, and venison sausage. I try to find an excuse to smoke a brisket at least once a month. I broke in my Bandera smoker by smoking a side of wild hog. I'm looking forward to seeing how many different items I can smoke in it. I'm currentlly a software engineer but cooked in restaurants and did catering for almost ten years, hard to shake the bug.
