Hi all from Potomac, MD!
Thought it was time I finally said hi. I've been hovering around, off and on, for some time picking up tips, soaking in the general Q-love, etc. The weather is finally gotten Q-worthy again with some consistency, and I just trying to get back into the swing of things. I've got a Char-Griller Smokin Pro with the side-firebox and a propane side burner, and I've also got the Char-Griller Super Pro griller. I've only had them a little over a year, but they are nicely seasoned and very well used.
