hello I just got into the Brethren a few weeks ago though a friend in wilimington. I've been grilling for about 25 years. Just into smoking about 2 months ago. My wife made me buy a CG/sfb it works great when I can control the temp.

How lucky you are! Most of us only dream of wives that "make us" buy a new smoker. And I'm sure there are enough suggestions running around here to help you get those temps under control.
