Hey Everybody,
How is everyone today..I am a pretty good cook but new to the world of smoking my own. I have some very good friends who are VERY GOOD and anything I do right initially, is from hanging around the smoker with them.
I am big into my kids, my motorcycle and cooking...I am hoping to drive the neighbors wild with the smoke and maybe start a little side business and maybe start competing just for the fun of it.
My friends run Traegers and I love the "controlled" nature. I am looking to get into this a little cheaper so I was thinking of building and putting a Bradley smoking unit on my smoker...BUT NOW... I am going UDS all the way. I will keep you all posted!
