Hello to all,

I have been Q'n for 15 or so years. Love to cook any and all cuts of meat that will fit in my cookers.

My favorite cooker is my 4 month old 18.5 WSM that I have done some mods on. I use the foiled 12.25" foiled clay pan setup and RO Lump.

Favorite smoke woods are Apple for pork, Pecan for beef and Hickory for everything else.

Hope to learn and fit in with y'all.

My middle stepson spends about 9 months a year in Jackson....he is a Millsaps Major (FB).
