Hey gang,
I've been smokin for about 12 years. Got started after not being able to find good bbq after a move to Kingman, AZ. Started on a ECB, started looking for ways to modify it and it was on from there. Designed and had a custom stick burner built...very similar to a Klose BYC. Works great and have made some mods to that since including a convection fan.
I've cooked in one competition and really enjoyed it. Looking for my next cooker now...probably some trailer mounted. Love the insulated types but have a soft spot for a good heavy duty built stick burner.
