• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hello everyone

Thank you for letting me be a member of the BBQ Brethren. I am a newbie to BBQ and smoking. I have grilled quite a bit, but have not had a grill for a few years. I have just made a purchase of a Kamado Kooker by Char-Griller as a starter. Hoping to get a Grilla pellet grill next year.

Looking forward to learning a lot and getting to know folks.

You'll also find that there are many ways to achieve great food, there is no single "cookie cutter" method as some have been conditioned to think.
