Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I have had a large charcoal grill for a long time and buy a side of beef every year. The beef quality has always been good but my cooking technique has left the end product hit or miss. I started reading some recently and trying some new things and the simple little changes are making a difference. My wife wants to get a gas grill for the ease of firing it up when she gets home but I keep holding out. I had been reading about the BGE and other kamados then I found a new damaged one the other day. I bought it on Craigslist for $100. Don't know yet what to do with it or where it will lead me however searching for how to repair lead me here!:eusa_clap
