• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hello to everyone new guy on the block.
I'm 65 and married for 46 years we moved here form Southwest AZ. (YUMA) brand new to smoking out West they do everything in a pit in the ground, my daughter turned me on to real smoked meat and now i have the itch.
Due to limited budget i get one shot at a smoker so i have been looking all around at all the different types of smokers for the past year.
Stick burner to much work i like sleeping nights so i thought the Pellet smoker was the way to go but having second thoughts about that, now i have just discovered what i think will be the one a Insulated cabinet smoker with Guru, I think this will be as close to a stick burner for flavor as i can get and still easy to operate.

Sorry for the long introduction it's lonely in the mountains.
