Hello everyone,
My name is Steve and have been smoking/cooking for 10 years. Right now I use a Traegar pellet grill and a Weber performer. I have on order a new Magum Sniper offset pit by pitmaker that should arrive shortly. I have been reading and lurking on the brethen for awhile now and I am always amazed at the amount of knowledge in one place. I look foward to contining my "education" on Q.:razz:
