Hello My name is james Cowart, My team is Huff~N~Puff BBQ. I compete in The FBA, Member KCBS also. I work for the US Postal Service. Won GC my 1 st comp, 1st RIBS And 1st Brisket at Quincy Fest in Quincy Florida, My second comp I came in 7th overall out of 32 teams in callahan florida,
My third comp is this weekend in Tallahassee And it looks like it may be a state Championship. Then on to Coweta Up in Smoke. Well thats about it for me I just love to cook. and to be around the people I have met make BBQ Compitition a wonderful Time.
