I stumbled onto this site about two weeks ago and have been addicted. I easily see why the "brethren" moniker is so appropriate as this is the most respectful and informative forum that I have experienced.

I have recently purchased a UDS from a knowledgable builder and look forward to picking it up next weekend. The brisket and ribs are at the top of the list, though there have been many items that are close behind including the bacon wrapped stuffed chicken.
