Just wanted to say hello. I stumbled upon the site trying to find info on a few different smokers. I am a total newb to smoking so bare with. I consider myself a master of the charcole grill and figured this was the next logical step. I will be purchasing my smoker soon but want to make sure it the right one. From my lurking so far it seems like a great place for info and fun.
