Hello all,

Just thought I’d pop in and provide a little information about myself.
I recently had a birthday and received a Costco PBK24 from my wife.
I have been smoking various products for years in a little chief, then a big chief and graduated to an electronic Bradley with the cold smoke adapter. Last year I produced cold smoked lox and albacore loins for the first time and they turned out quite good.
I have been making my own fresh sausage as well as smoked. I also have a nice Weber gas grill with a smoke box.
Been addicted to making bacon for the last year and love to grill and cook in general.
Really looking forward to learning the nuances of a Kamado and gaining insight and hearing about others experiences from members of the forum.
Of course the first thing I had to cook in it was a 5 bone prime rib...
