Hi, I'm the new guy. You've seen me, I'm the one walking around with my hands in my pockets, taking it all in. I will probably be lurking here and there until I get comfortable.

Not new to grilling or smoking, been doing both for years, but know I still have lots to learn. I have an OTG, OTS,an Old Country BBQ stick burner and, most importantly, a butcher around the corner.

I look forward to the benefit of the Brethren's wealth of knowledge!
