Hi and thanks for welcoming me to the forum. I am building my own UDS and hope to post pictures as it progresses. I appreciate all that I have learned here that has motivated to build my own smoker. I also hope to start competing soon as I am testing and practicing now. So i will be a sponge and look for all advise and tips that I can get and one day I can share what I have learned.
