Hey ya'll. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Been cooking since I was 15 over open pit - I will turn 42 this summer. Got too lazy to do it that way anymore and bought myself an offset from Peorioa Custom Cookers (I know they are yankees, but they make a good pit
...or at least I hope they do 'cause it ain't here yet). Anyway, I was told about this site from Billy Carroll (bcis93) of Do-Rag-Q when he was up here a couple of weekend ago for our competition. (Just to let ya'll know - that boy can cook) Lots of good info on this board and look forward to learnin a thing or two from ya'll and being able to contribute what little I know here as well. I don't officially have a team put together yet, but when I do, the name of my team will be "Pittsin' in the Wind".
