I am a Chef in Jefferson Citty Mo. so food is my life. I have the pleasure of working in the Flavor industry so I can make some funky rubs and sauces where My love is in my busness.

. One of my current smoker is a pit that I made out of a old 200 gal. milk tank so i can cook whole hogs. I have the Kcbs down now And looking to Master the Memphis in May. Smoke em' if you got em'
