Hello everybody!

What a great site!! After snooping around a while I finally went and joined up. I really enjoy BBQ'ing all kinds of meat, I especially like pork butts and ribs. I have used an old BBQ's galore grill cooking indirect for a long time (gas with wood chips) with some success but I always wanted a real smoker. I also have an old H2O unit that works ok. I just got (about a week ago) my Brinkmann SKD and boy is it awesome. I can't believe how much great info there is around here, and the people are all so friendly. Well, I just wanted so stop in and say hi, I hope to talk to you all on the boards! John
