Hello Brethren

Hi all. I am fairly new to the art of smoking but am already addicted to it. My 1st few smokes were done on a big bbq grill with a fire at one side and the meat at the other side.
I went out and bought a charbroil silver smoker a couple of months ago and have done the basic mods to it. I like the offset because I get to play with the fire :twisted: :twisted: but am considering getting a wsm as well.

This is a great site and I look forward to being a member here.:grin:
