Here's my first post to this forum . . .

I want to thank Hawgsnheifers for letting me know about this place.

I've read through the 101 document and there was already more info in there than I can remember.

I've had a couple of Weber kettle grills - the big ones - over the decades and I've really enjoyed cooking with that grill, but now my kids have bought me a Brinkmann Pitmaster Deluxe for Father's Day. I can tell it's going to take a LOT of practice to learn this new grill . . . but that's a Good Thing!

I already have my beer marinating in the cooler of ice for this weekend's smoking sessions.

Thanks for making this great place available! I know how much work an online forum takes, so you can know that I REALLY appreciate all the hard work that goes into this.
