I figured I should pop in & say hi since I have been stuck trying to read through "the mother of all posts" about the UDS!! Gotta long way to go! A little about myself: I'm married with 4 kids & work in the paper industry(warehouse, running printing press, paper cutter & other various machinery). I have way to many hobbies/interests to list but heres a few, sports(mostly NFL & baseball), poker, grilling/bbq-ing, fishing, drinking(funny that most of my interests also may involve drinking:biggrin1
, playing with my kids, working on cars(something old enough that it doesnt have fuel injection!). I have been interested in smoking stuff for a long time & stumbled across this site when looking up on how to build a smoker(4 kids & gone 12-14hrs/day = no money & not much playtime!) Well thats it for now, I should probably go do some work or something now. I'm sure we shall meet plenty, grilling/bbq-ing is one of my guilty pleasures so I am on here a lot, plus I only have another 350pages to read on the UDS thread!:shocked: Later all. Nice to meet you.
