Were having a Party Sunday and I just got done rolling 300 Egg Rolls
150 Pulled Pork and 150 Chopped Brisket

Did our test fry and OMG.

Blues Hog
Chris Lilly's White sauce
And my Pig Lotion for the dipping sauce.

Now I just have to think of a Drink.

Im Thinking Lynchburg Lemonade. Supose to be in the 80's

Snow will be here soon. This weekend is also the Goose Opener

Yes, they get FLASH Fried since the meat is already cooked. Ill put up pics after the Party. Moisture and Integrity of the Meat was my bigggest test and we got it tastin good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 large shot Absolute Citron
1/2 shot triple sec
2 oz. 7-up
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
Splash of cranberry juice to change color

Cool and refreshing. Be careful with them though. just because you can't taste the alcohol, doesn't mean it isn't there...
