• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Has anyone seen or tried this seasoning?

Found it at Costco yesterday. Excited to try it. May even try it on my wings tonight.

Edit: Oops, I guess I should include a picture.

I’ve used it on burgers and steak for the last year or so. I alternate with Montreal.

I tried it straight up like John suggested. A little salt forward from first impressions and not truffle forward. Nice smell. I'll report back on the wings.

I love truffle flavour and found this stuff at Winners/Homesense which I'm not sure is a thing down there.

This stuff is the bomb. My wife is very conservative when it comes to flavours. I tried this on potatoes, and OMG! And she was the same. A little goes a long way, and it's not salty.

Anyhow, not to hijack my own thread. Looking forward to seeing how these come out.

We like accidents like this George. Looks good. Kinder's is pretty solid. Seasonings are on point and my go to sauces when I don't have any "exotics" are Mild or Hot.

Not really a fair evaluation, because it's meant for steak and a bigger piece of meat, and these wings were all the little parts. Therefore it was quite salty, which it probably wouldn't be on a larger piece of meat. But still very little in the way of truffle flavour.

A little more digging shows it's available on Amazon, at Walmart, at Target, and at Albertson's. But not on the Kinder's website.
