• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Sounds like you're well on your way, no matter what you may phind at the market.

Spare ribs are on the menu for New Years Day. Collard greens and baked beans will join the party.

Hope you have great phestivities with phriends and phamily, Phu!

This just went on.....made coleslaw last night and a philly cheese steak fatty will go on when pork is wraped. Not sure what else yet, but it'll be good.

Happy New Years! Just came home with 25lb top round roast, and 4 2-pack pork butts. Might smoke a pork butt for pulled pork. But gonna focus on making home made bratwursts, and Beef Jerky!

Pho I'd say everything in the store has yer name on it! :hungry:

So far I'll be doing a rack of pork and some wangs, I'm sure something else will jump in the cooker as well. Happy New Years to Phu, his crew, and all you other Pharkers!

Pork picnic roast. I am starting to amass a large collection of frozen pork. So I better cook some of it. Just picked up more the other night as it was on discount for .70 per lb. that is unheard of around here. So I thawed one and put the 14 lb. picnic roast in the freezer. I think as soon as we get a stand alone freezer we are going to load it up with bbq meats.

So phar I've got Sam3's boudin balls ready to phry, LMAJ's Bacon wrapped sausage balls ready to smoke, Moose's garlic sriracha chicken wings marinating, Adam's Hatch chile strips ready to phry. I'm working on aawa's crustini (two versions) and Hotch's pig cake sliders.
I've got a couple others to try if I get the time.

Tomorrow is Hoppin' John with blackeyed peas and ham, collard greens n cornbread.

Hope you have a safe and Happy New Year Phu and Brethren!

Three racks of baby backs, 6 lbs of wings, a few fatties, and a pork shoulder. Should be a good time.

burgers, i know boring, but i don't eat them often and I'm craving burgers

No worries - nobody here will belittle the mighty burger! Made up a bunch last Saturday for my son's birthday & already can't wait to do it again! Used ground brisket and short rib - fantastic!

I'm going to smoke a butt and pull it. Not sure what's going with it yet. Gotta clean the cobwebs out of the Bandera first!
