Happy Phriday Phu and pharkers. On today's menu we have 4 racks of STL style ribs, a small whole turkey, Pork loin, A lot of chicken wings, baked beans, potato salad and Dirt Cake! Doing a small "party" with our friends.

Rain has been killing me this week. Bought a bunch of stuff last Saturday for the week, and haven't had a chance to cook any of it. Luckily, it *looks* like this system is supposed to start breaking up Sunday. Here I am wanting to BBQ, and a lot of folks in the area are dealing with flooding...

Salmon today if the weather allows. Have some pork ribeyes that will need to be cooked or frozen tomorrow. Have two briskets that have been wet aging since last weekend that go on Sunday night for Monday's Poker Potluck.
