Hey Phubar! Happy pharkin weekend to you good sir! Rack of lamb sounds great! I've always wanted to try rack of lamb.

Looks like I have no plans for anything on the smoker this weekend. But its only Friday! I'm sure I'll get talked into fixing something like chicken wings or something for the wife.

Still eating left over pulled pork I fixed the other day so I normally cook for her and whip me something out of the pulled pork for a few days.
