It's now Saturday here, and I feel the need to cook some wings and perhaps a pork butt this weekend.

Spareribs on Saturday. Ham on Sunday. A weekend of pork :-D

Having friends over on Saturday. Few racks of baby backs, bbq beans and corn bread. Heading out to the store in a short. See if they have any good looking loins left. Brine them and do up some Canadian bacon for Sunday.
