Friday Night Steaks tonight...T-Bones! :thumb: LHS has a competition here as well...on Saturday and Sunday...have a great weekend folks! Happy Father's Day to all! :p

Im going to Costco to do some browsing for steaks as well tonight! Also picking up some Hanger Steaks from my local butcher for my brother in law. He is a converted hanger steak eater after he tried it at my house for the first time.

I think some ribeyes or new york strips. Wifes birthday was this week and we went out and the food was terrible. I need to make it up to her.

Doing our first whole pig for my friends son's graduation party. Starting it tonight around midnight. I'll be sure to post pron.

Chicken, chicken, and more chicken. Got 30 thighs, 3 whole chickens, and countless wings lined up for my daughters baptism party this weekend.

I'm doing 3 racks of St. Louis spares, and 2 chickens tonight...then I'm doing 14 pork shoulders tomorrow for a wedding.

Got a 17# choice brisket to cook for after church "Father's Day" meal...:becky:
That will be my first "public" cook...
Plus three nice lookin St. Louis racks to go in for the fam to eat Sat. night...:thumb:

Probably no smokin this weekend, but tonight, seeing the SoDT will be gone, my carnivore sons and I will gorge on Philly Cheesesteak Bratwurst from Jim's in Madison.
I'll give my dad a couple of ribeyes for Fathers Day, as it's something he would never buy for himself.
