Happy Bacon Day!!!

There may be more than one "Bacon Day", but why not celebrate them all!

And to all'ya'all that make your own Bacon, may this day be especially great. I've not yet worked with Pork Belly, but I will someday.

Nothing looks better than a big griddle covered in bacon slices! I have tried cooking large amounts of Bacon in the oven, like they do in restaurants, and it just never tastes as good as pan or griddle fried bacon. Dave
