Guru Troubles?

Has anybody else had any trouble with their CyberQ's? My team has been through 3 of them in the last month, with the lastest episode coming in the middle of a contest. The guru just stops reading any probe temps. The company tells us we're updating our firmware wrong, but we have never even had them hooked up to a computer. I own a few DigiQs and have never had any issue with those, so I don't know what to make of this. Guru tells us that we're the exception and not the rule as far as other people having problems, but I'd like to hear what my fellow brethern had to say. Thanks

I have about four or five smokes under my belt and the unit itself has been flawless. I had some interesting issues with the software, but those seem to be working now.

Even when I had an issue with the software, the unit it self maintained control and knew all the probe temps.
