It was a good class and it's still going on. I was only there for the first half taking pictures but I picked up a few ideas while I was listening. Everyone was having a great time and Chris is a great teacher and a really nice guy.

Went to Dr BBQ demo today. What a character. You can tell he is serious about Qing. Had distractions from people having own personal buisness meeting in audience. Guess that's the difference between paying to go to a class and wanting to learn and going on Sunday to have something to do. Next class I will be paying. Mentioned he got to meet Mista :biggrin:

Yeah there was a lot going on out there in the crowd. You should have seen it from my vantage point! But that was what this event was all about and for the store and Big Green Egg it was an excellent event.
It was good to meet you guys.

I can tell you that Chris doesn't surf much.
