Today my oldest enduring friend comes over to get my truck. Won't tell me what's going on but an hour later he and another friend of ours shows up and voila - there is one of the chargrillers I sold. He told me to use it for as long as I need it.

What a great day! I've even got a brisket that is ready to go on. That will wait until tomorrow when I've gotten a full night sleep. Watch out because I'm back in the saddle if for nothing else my own personal partaking!

jungle's is a destination place if you're within a few hours drive (which you are). located just north of cincy. Place is HUGE....all kinda of good stuff...and lots of oddball stuff too. I can spend hours in their. great beer selection as well. http://www.junglejims.com/

What a coincidence I'm going to through Cincy tomorrow on a beer run in KY. I was thinking of some mods for the CG for the winter and that might just be the place to check out. My wife won't appreciate it but I do.

there's a cab packer brisket, a rib roast, sea scallops, & oysters in my fridge. along with several jerk marinades i haven't tried.

we sent bob over to jungle jim's after the lunch meeting this afternoon. he should be back in a couple weeks! :biggrin:

jungle jim's is six acres of foodie heaven! lot's of stuff you won't find anywhere else since it's an international market. you can buy a whole pig's head there if you want. :shock:
