It's Friday, it's 80 degrees and I'm on my second cold one. :clap2:
Picked up a nice grouper filet on the way home and hit it with the white truffle olive oil that is now my favorite, along with ground garlic, rainbow peppers and sea salt. A blood orange pale ale to start and on my he Big Joe at 350. Couple of stuffed shrooms for sides. Nice start to the weekend.
