I tried searching online, and didn't like what I found. i know you folks can help, if you want...

Here's the deal - The Missus found some thinly sliced (maybe 1/2 inch) sirloin on sale at the grocery store and grabbed it for me. She knows I have been enjoying playing with the roulade idea.

She's right, but like I said earlier - I tried looking for recipes online. none of them seem to take into account the idea of barbecuing/grilling them.

Sooooo... I need ingredient ideas from you folks. All I have planned so far is using Stubb's BBQ Spice. I know you all have ideas of ingredients that will work well for A quich smokE, then sear application.

I figured I could grab the ideas I liked, then picture and publish the results when I do the actual cook on Sunday.

So, hit me up with the ideas folks!!

Try a beef stuffed manicoti take ricota cheese and Itialian suasage with parm and parsley mix it in a bowl and roll the beef around it and grill for 10 mins. You will not be disappointed

Alan's recipe sounds good. I lay fresh spinach leaves down over the meat, cover with feta then sprikle with slightly pre-cooked pancetta.
