• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Anyone ever debone a picnic and grill it on a Weber kettle? Pull the skin?

If you do then do it then "grill" more from a distance or the normal way of going indirect. I'm doing a picnic tomorrow but it's going on the rotisserie so I pulled the skin. Gonna cook the skin for dog treats

my plan is a strong sear and then indirect with some good mixes of wood till it hits slicing temp. I have never pulled a bone from a picnic, or seared one. Should be fun

Yes, a nice marinade of Mojo with garlic, fresh squeezed oranges and lemon. For anyone that has not tried this marinade....its a treat on pork, and chicken with a couple tweaks (if you dont want to mix your own).
