Grillin' the wife's B'day dinner

Got the baked potatoes going on the grill.

Peeled the shrimp, chopped the onion and garlic.

Steaks are always ready.

Menu:

Filet Mignon
Shrimp Scampi
Au gratin' veggies
Baked Potatoes
Chocolate Cake with fudge icing
Bryer's Strawberry Ice Cream

Steaks go on in a bit and I'll fire the scampi about the time the steaks come off the grill.

Sounds like a nice menu Dave. I have been doing the scampi thing quite a bit here lately. It's just to simple and too good not to do all the time.

Butter, garlic, onion, and shrimp! One of our favorites. Finish with a little lemon juice, white wine, and parsley.

Went well with the filets.
