Grillin Pron 5-22 & 5-23

Cooked up some Nice thick Black Angus Ribeyes from United Market street on tuesday and grilled some shrimp & creamcheese ABTS to go along with em. dusted the steaks with blues hog.

Then for tonight i grilled up some cornish game hens with PlowBoys Yard Bird rub and some grilled asparagus marinated in Balsamic vinegar.

It alll came out great. THat Yard bird rub ROCKS!!! Great job Todd!!. Cant wait to get it on some quarters this weekend for the bash. grilled these indirect with cherry wood chips.

thats the reason for the toothpicks to keep the skin intact and keep it from shrinking up.
