• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

long as theres a rotiserre and a smoke box filled with Jack daniels wood chips.

2 chickens,

& took sweet peppers and zuccini tossed with chunks of bacon and grilled them in a veggie basket till they were cooked thru, then layed em on foil under the chicken. The chicken was runned with Als Head country seasoning. Family loved the chicken, that stuff is VERY Excellent.

Where'd ya get that Head Country Al???

You are so very right! Ain't nothing wrong with grillin'

I grilled some chicken thighs and wings tonight with Cornell sauce and then I fried up a batch of Hooter's recipe wings for a snack.

Still waiting on TS Henri to get out of town. :D

Grillin is a great way to release food's natural flavors. I love a grilled hamburger with onions and even sweet peppers. Grilled pizza, too!!

SoCal

Pass the saussicia and peppers

I'm a griller too. Nothing wrong with that! I just finished grilling up a buttload of veggies for lunches for next week. There are smoking days and there are grilling days!

one thing we forgot,

you can take out the weber kettle, and do a bit of both at the same time.

Love my kettle, even though it aint all gold & pretty.
