I marinated a tuna steak in some tamari and rice wine vinegar. Then mixed up some mayo, wasabi and minced green onions and stuck that in the fridge until the food was ready to eat.
Sauteed some asparagus with a little cheese to finish it off.
Used Montreal seasoning on the strip.
