• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

First time ever trying my hand at lobster. Wife got a good deal on some 4 oz tails so we ate good last night!

Made up some garlic butter by putting a few cloves of minced garlic in some melted butter and let it infuse over low heat for a while.

I prepped the tails and coated liberally with EVOO and sprinkled with sea salt and paprika.
Prepped the steaks with EVOO and Montreal Steak.

Screamin hot Weber Performer
Grilled the steaks, then removed and covered for a rest.
Tails went over direct heat for 5 minutes.

Reheated some vacuum sealed grilled sweet corn and saute'd some fresh brussel sprouts and a TON of mushrooms and onions......and VIOLA!!!

APPARENTLY I didn't get any shots of the steaks grilling, but I did think about the tails, so here's what I have....

Prepped and on the grill....

And DONE after exactly 5 minutes...

I was impressed with how good these looked (and tasted)....

I basted all the tails with the garlic butter before plating and BOOM.....
