• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

2.5 lb. Prime Tri-Tip from Costco we bought a pack of 6 for $135.00.


Seasoned with Southern Flavor BBQ and Garlic Rub.



On the Grill Grates @400* direct.

Quarter turn every eight minutes.





I'm going to let it rest for 15 minutes.



Served with Sautéed Asparagus

This was a wonderful and tender meal love those Prime Tri-Tips.

I am jealous, my local costco stopped carrying the prime tri tip. Major bummer.

Thanks Jeanie, it was wonderful and tender. Ive been using Southern flavor since 1992 I was working on a movie in Selma Al. Blue Sky with Jessica Lang I found it in a market there, Good Stuff :grin:

I stock up on it at a Publix outside of Montgomery every time we drive through Alabama.
