Grilled Porterhouse

Grilled up a few Angus Porterhouse steaks. Marinaded in soy, wooster, olive oil. Dusted with salt, pepper, cumin and rosemary. Yes I am training my son to be a loyal member of the Raider Nation. I can hear the complaints already.....:argue:. Thanks for viewing!

Nice looking steaks! As a Redskins fan, I wish you luck with your new QB Jason Campbell. The guy is smart, fast, and strong; he just couldn't find his place in the Redskins offense. I blame Zorn and Snyder more than anyone else for his problems in DC. JC has the skills to do well and I hope he does unless he is playing the Redskins, of course.

Agree with you there, and I'm not a Skins fan (Go Big Blue). But I think Zorn killed Campbell. And with no help at the O-Line, you don't have much time.

As far as the raiders thing goes, i sympathize as a fan of another team that drank the Kiffin Kool-aid for almost a year. Glad to have him gone from Knoxville. The Raiders are better for his absence, and I KNOW the Vols will be.
