Followed a recipe tonight for grilled pork chops stuffed with feta cheese, dried cherries, and assorted spices. called for brushing with rasberry/chipolte bbq sauce but couldnt find it so used rasberry/chipolte salsa. Was farkin' outstanding. made a side of homemade cornbread stuffing with italion sausage and white cheddar cheese. big hit!

This is downright mean. My son and I are the only ones inthe house who will eat a pork chop. The wife is going outta town to visit her mom next Fri., so I was going to grill some chops then.

uhm....it is left over stuffing....but it's not been fried or nothing...just came out a litte crisp.
