• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Grilled some chicken fillits direct on Jr with one of the main grates high and one low. Cooked at 300 to 350 moving between the two as needed when turning them. Usually marinade but didn’t this time but did go real heavy on the rub. After they had that look I wanted on em I basted with some sauce and continued just another couple of mins. I did this night before last and we had the whole wheat skettie and bought alfredo (wife cheated), fresh basil. Then last night we did the other the way I thought the Alabama white sauce was spose to be used and that is dunk the chicken in it, so that’s what I did and I didn’t see a thing wrong with having some phatay on the sammich with it either – very good indeed.

That dip is a good idear for the sammy, so is adding the phatay. Heheee. They can do no wrong. For laughs I have told folks that the name is pronounced "faaatay" and are a French appetizer. Mrs. ~t~ just rolls her eyes.

As much as I hate mayo, I love some good chicken dunked in white sauce.
