Grilled Chicken - 2 Ways...

Left side: Jah Love Jamaican Jerk pasted BL/SL chicken thighs. Right side: Secret Weapon with just a hint of Dominator Sweet Rib Rub.

Ok, my fire was a little hot, but the crispy bits are farkin' awesome!! (there originally was about twice as many jerk thighs, but my brother and I just could't wait for the picture and ate them like a plague of locusts)

Easy. Just equal parts rub and oil. I prefer either peanut oil or olive oil. Then matinate chicken in paste overnight.
