Griddled PSB sammies....

had some vac-sealed pepper stout beef in the freezer, leftover from a recent cook...hmmmm...onto the blackstone griddle with cheddar cheese skirt on some and swiss on others...toasted roils on griddle too...got a great "crust" on the meat....topped with some horseradish... mighty tasty!

Oh yeah!!! Man if it wasn't so windy outside I have some pulled pork I'd like to do this with! Haven't had the griddle out and cooking since cold weather came around!

So far no issues at the "just about freezing" mark...worked perfect, just a little added warm-up time....
