I'm looking for a griddle for my 2 burner gas grill. For brekky - french toast, pancakes, bacon, etc and smash burgers. Would prefer stainless to cast iron simply for ease of cleaning and maintenance. I want a grease trough too.The gasser gets mighty hot, no worries there.
My electric griddle burned out, and doing a stack of french toast one slice at a time in a skillet sucks.
Suggestions?
