Greetings fellow BBQ enthusiasts, I'm an avid BBQer that has come over from the other side(Gas). Hold the digs and puns please. I have an R2D2 type smoker and a char griller with a side firebox, which I use as a smoker and a BBQ. I also have a Jenn-air Gas Grill. I'm looking to get pointers from the group as well as share some of my secrets as well. I hail from Port Jefferson NY (on Long Island). Happy BBQing and good eating!

Welcome, we won't admit it, but a lot of us starterd with gas, then "woke" up. I used to have the R2D2, and it will serve you well on the road to making great BBQ.
