Greetings, newbie here....

Hello all, I've been perusing the forum for a couple of days now and I must say....This forum is the BEST out there..IMHO.

I've been grill'in since I was old enough to walk and have always enjoyed it...A few years ago I really started getting serious, reading everything I could get my hands on, but it wasn't until this last year I've really started understanding it. I still don't think I've fixed the perfect butt or best ribs, but I think I'm getting closer...I read through this forum and I'm just blown away on how helpful everyone is, I've learn sooo much in just the last few days.

I hope to be an active member and hopefully a sponge for all the great info...

I'm from Blue Springs, MO and professionally I am an IT Manager...My hobbies include BBQ, photography, and my 5 year old...
